Which MiRiDER is right for me?
MiRiDER currently offers three models: the MiRiDER 16, MiRiDER 20, and the MiRiDER 24 — each designed for different riding needs, but all built with comfort, simplicity, and portability in mind.
All models are available with an optional 3-speed gearbox and Gates carbon belt drive for a smooth, low-maintenance, and virtually silent ride.

How far can I go on a full charge?
Depending on the model and how you ride, you can expect:

How long does the battery take to charge?
All MiRiDER bikes use fast-charging Samsung 36V batteries. Charging takes around 2 to 3 hours, and the battery can be charged on or off the bike.
Are MiRiDER bikes road legal in the UK?
Yes – all our bikes meet UK e-bike regulations:

Do they fold, and how portable are they?

MiRiDER 16 and 20 both fold down easily for storage and travel.

MiRiDER 24 does not fold fully, but the handlebars fold down to help reduce its height for transport or storage.
Are the bikes tested before shipping?
Absolutely. Every MiRiDER is hand-assembled and tested on our in-house track in Wigan, UK before it’s packaged and delivered to your door.
️ What kind of warranty do I get?
Every MiRiDER comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame, motor, and battery, and 1 year on other components. We also have a UK-based support team ready to help if you need assistance.
Can I travel with a MiRiDER?
Yes – the MiRiDER 16 and 20 are perfect for travel. Many owners use them with caravans, motorhomes, boats, or for train commutes. They’re compact, lightweight, and airline-compliant if you’re flying with them (battery restrictions apply).
How do I maintain my MiRiDER?
