WARRANTY
Bike Warranty
MiRiDER ebikes come with a 2 year warranty* covering the frame, motor and battery. The 2 year warranty* also covers electronic components such as electronic cabling, LCD display, throttle and electronic brake cut off’s. There is a 1 year warranty on the charger, lights and all non-wearing mechanical parts.
*To access the full 2 year warranty as above you must register your bike below within 30 days of delivery. If the bike is not registered the warranty will be limited to 1 year.

All accessories are supplied with a 12 month warranty against product defect.
Bikes – Free Express UK Mainland Delivery
FREE delivery on all bike orders to post codes within the UK Mainland are sent via UPS express (typically 1-2 weeks). Please note that deliveries may be described as coming from Festive Lights Ltd, which belongs to the same group of companies as MiRiDER.
Collect in store orders – Please allow 1-2 weeks before collection. For collection please bring the payment card used for the transaction and either a passport or driving license.
Please allow up to 2 weeks lead time before dispatch.
Accessories/Parts – Express UK Mainland Delivery
£4 for orders under £100 and FREE for orders over £100
NOTE: Any accessories/parts ordered with a bike will in most cases will be shipped separately.

Who is hope technology?
Hope Technology is one of the world leaders in engineering bicycle components. Since 1989, owners Ian Weatherill and Simon Sharp have been pushing the industry forward by designing, testing and manufacturing virtually all products in-house at the factory in Barnoldswick, Lancashire.

MILES AND MILES
With the MiRiDER One, expect an assisted range of up to 45 miles. The battery itself has a 7 ah (252 wh) capacity and is manufactured using genuine SAMSUNG cells. It is neatly concealed within the main frame, leading to great weight distribution and balance. If you need to remove the battery to charge it separately, or to switch it out on the go, access can be quickly gained when the bike is folded and it comes complete with a lock for security. The 45 mile range is of course dependent on the rider’s weight, the weather conditions and the terrain met on the ride, as well as the relative effort the rider puts in. We managed 45 miles on a recent journey in ideal conditions mainly on power level 1. Here are a few more details:- Route: Middlewood Way x 3 [72.75 km on strava]
