About Dirtbags
Dirtbags Climbing rescue fabrics and plastic waste destined for landfill generated by the outdoor recreation industry. They use everything from fabric off-cuts, to climbing ropes, tents, paragliding wings and even old boat sails! Leading by example, Dirtbags strive to educate and encourage others to waste as little as possible and to lead an eco-friendly lifestyle. Everything they make is unpicked, cleaned and restitched in their workshop in Kendal, Cumbria.

Delivery
Bikes – Free Express UK Mainland Delivery
FREE delivery on all bike orders to post codes within the UK Mainland are sent via UPS express (typically 1-3 working days). Please note that deliveries may be described as coming from Festive Lights Ltd, which belongs to the same group of companies as MiRiDER.
Collect in store orders – Please allow 3 working days before collection. For collection please bring the payment card used for the transaction and either a passport or driving license.
Note: Special edition bikes are limited stock and may take longer to despatch.
Accessories/Parts – Express UK Mainland Delivery
£2.99 for orders under £100 and FREE for orders over £100
NOTE: Any accessories/parts ordered with a bike will in most cases will be shipped separately.
All accessory orders to post codes within UK Mainland are sent via Hermes, (typically 2-4 days). Batteries will be sent with UPS. Please note that deliveries may be described as coming from Festive Lights Ltd, which belongs to the same group of companies as MiRiDER.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are subject to a delivery charge.

Warranty
Bike Warranty
MiRiDER ebikes come with a 2 year warranty* covering the frame, motor and battery. The 2 year warranty* also covers electronic components such as electronic cabling, LCD display, throttle and electronic brake cut off’s. There is a 1 year warranty on the charger, lights and all non-wearing mechanical parts.
*To access the full 2 year warranty as above you must register your bike below within 30 days of delivery. If the bike is not registered the warranty will be limited to 1 year.

Accessory Warranty
