The feedback from this form will assist in processing your return/repair/refund faster. Collection of your bike will not be arranged until this form response has been received. All bikes must be boxed and sealed securely. Ensure all components of the bike, such as the seatpost, is secured firmly and not loose in the box as metal on metal will cause damage and can not be claimed for. MiRiDER will also document the unboxing to ensure the best possible service. As a courtesy please ensure bikes are cleaned before returning to us.
