Collection of your bike will not be arranged until this form response has been received along with satisfactory pictures.
All bikes must be boxed and sealed securely. Ensure all components of the bike, such as the seatpost, is secured firmly and not loose in the box as metal on metal will cause damage and can not be claimed for. MiRiDER will also document the unboxing to ensure the best possible service.
By filling out this form, you are agreeing to supply photos of your bicycle prior to collection.
As a courtesy please ensure bikes are cleaned before returning to us.
Please note; current workshop turnaround is 2 weeks.
