The innovative frame is die-cast, breaking through the traditional welding process to create a streamline chassis with a slick, enviable design. Renowned for its sturdiness, the frame is made from aircraft grade magnesium alloy, making it impressively lightweight whilst offering great shock resistance.
Smooth and responsive
Boasting the latest sinewave controller, it feels smooth, responsive and powerful. The high quality 250w rear motor assists when pedalling up to 15.5 mph. There is a thumb throttle (up to 4 mph) and boost function (up to 15.5 mph) for those steep hills or windy days. Performing superbly in any urban environment, the bike’s rear shock absorber and medium-width tyres provide a consistently comfortable ride.
Folding fast and compact
A ‘folding’ bike should certainly be good at folding… This is a strong point for the MiRiDER One which folds simply and in seconds. Whether you’re commuting, going on holiday or having a ride by the coast, the bike folds compactly and securely in car boots and even on public transport.
Battery power?
Our LG 5.2 Ah battery is not the biggest capacity on the market, but it packs great mileage. Thanks to its intelligent battery management and an efficient computer system, you can happily see up to 30 miles from a single charge. That’s 3 hours of riding at 10 mph – plenty of time for a leisure ride, trip to the shops or commute to work.
The main benefit of a smaller battery is that it is lighter, meaning it doesn’t affect the balance of the bike, and it can be concealed for a sleeker look and security; hiding it away from would-be thieves.
Ask yourself the question: if I’m not going to use all the battery for my average riding requirements, why carry around the extra permanent weight of a larger battery?
If you live life in the fast lane, or your commute is pushing the boundaries of the range, why not carry a spare with you? At only 1.2kgs, and a 15-second swap, you’ll be back up to full charge in no time!
Miles and miles
Put simply, the range is up to 30 miles, with the high quality 5.2 Ah battery, manufactured using genuine OE LG cells. For great weight distribution and balance, the battery is neatly concealed within the main frame. Easily and quickly accessible when folded, for charging or swapping, and with a lock for security.
